Try setting it up as a network printer but with usb:// as the URL.

NB the printer is not plugged in at this point..

Behind a firewall with not QUITE enough holes punched through..and it may not have been totally delivered there yet, and the guys will try it out on Windows first..I just wanted to see if it COULD be set up mostly before I phone up and ask them to waste an hour fiddling with cables and stuff. ...
