Linux text-mode LiveCD for restoring data.

Hi,
I'm looking for Linux LiveCD to launch the app that restores backups
stored on CD. I imagine it would work like this:
1. boot from LiveCD. No questions, no confirmation, just load linux
environment and launch my application at start (without even showing
me a login screen).
2. environment. Text-mode no gui, automatic creation of /dev/ nodes
for block devices and partitions (so all my drives are accessible via /
dev/drive right after boot), of course kernel that supports IDE/SATA/
SCSI hard disk and CDROM, support for some near-standard libraries (in
particular ncurses).
3. Ability to eject CD after booting from it. This is important since
I expect to have backups occupying more than 1 CD, and boot from USB
is not an option for me. So I think the distro I'm looking for would
load most of the environment is RAM (requiring 256MB or more in text
mode is OK).
I've examined PLloP Linux ( http://www.plop.at/page_en_4.html) for
this, it's great for 1 and 2, but is unable to satisfy 3. Anybody
knows something better, closer to all my requirements?
Of course, it is possible to "build it yourself" from some existing
LiveCD, but I would prefer an existing solution if any.
Thanks,
Alexey.
