sudo config using sudoers

Hello I am using sudoers file to config sudo:
Cmnd_Alias DISCON = /progress/dlc/bin/proshut [a-zA-Z,/]* -C
disconnect [0-9]*
webspeed ALL = DISCON NOPASSWD: ALL
The command I want to run from user webspeed is:
sudo /progress/dlc/bin/proshut /mfgdb/prod/prodeb -C disconnect 230
Can anyone please tell me what is wrong?
