Sure. "man fstab" and look for the "user" keyword. Like so:
/dev/sdb1 /mnt/flash2 vfat noauto,user,umask=000 0 0
Is there any way to just [mount] /dev/sdb1 [on] /media/usb and
transfer files [as an] ordinary user?
