Re: Keep users from executing system commands

Hello all,

I have a system in which I added a user. The problem is that the user
can execute commands in the "bin" directory like "mount", etc.

Is that a problem? They can't mount a device unless they have the
permissions to mount it.

What can I do to ensure that he cannot execute system commands like
this?

If you distrust the user so much then maybe you shouldn't have them as a
user. Really I cannot see a problem. The user is restricted to
changing/viewing what they own or what their groups may own.
