Non-Vapor ROAD?

I've done a lot of searching that mostly leads to vaporware
and wishful thinking, so may as well ask here:

Are there any palmtop Linux PDA's in existence with
real keyboards?

Think ROAD's abortive HandyPC concept model- clamshell,
usable keyboard, phone, etc. Or think modernized HP200LX with
addition of phone and switch from DOS to Linux.

i.e real computer running real software with
real keyboard ( and of course phone ),but in palmtop form factor.

Does such a beast exist?
