What is \\? I am assuming it is Samba. If it is not you need to
explain what it is.
If you have root, or can mount samba shares as a user, you can mount the
remote Windows fileserver as an smb share, then treat it as a regular
directory. This seems like the most straightforward method.
If you don't have WinSCP available, but can set up samba on the linux
machine, you can mount the linux box and the Windows file server from a
Windows client, and use regular Windows tools to copy from one to the
other.
If you don't have either of these, you might be able to rig something up
with smbclient. That seems unpleasant, though.
