Yes so locking down the ARM architecture because of the future 64 bit chip
will not be the principle motivation.

In large corporations you do have numerous servers, but hundreds, if
not thousands of desktop computers and it will be these, that run
Windoze, that Micro$loth will have in mind for the ARM lockdown.

Let's not forget thin clients, and the multiple advantages associated with
their deployment within an organization.
