Can't. The interface the far machine will send to is the one it got the
packet from, which is the "outgoing" one.
You could of course change your routing table befor each connection, so
that the default route to the far site went throughthe appropriate
connection. But that would be such a pain, you would not want to do it.
Or you could get two machines. Make the default route the cable on one,
and the adsl on the other and use the two appropriately.
