I have a Windows 2003 server that sheres a printer. I'm trying to grant
access to this printer from a linux-box (Redhat9). Lot's of different users
log in here, and I want to know who is using the printer.
The situation now: users are able to set up the printer by typing in all
needed information such as printserver IP, printer-share-name an
login/password.
This is not as user-friendly as I want it to be:) I want the printer to be
set up AUTOMATIC with the current user's username/password depending on
which user who is logging in. (This means that the user do not need to type
in his password again after logging in.)
Someone with a good idea on how to achieve this goal?
./Anders
