I'd pick a different ISP if I were you. There must be at least one
alternative (and no, QWest won't tell you about it if there is).

And find out what other ISPs there are in your area that have pipes to
QWest. Here in Minneapolis there are at least a half-dozen or so. I've
never heard much good about MSN as an ISP.
