The Cisco router that you get will handle negotiating the DSL side of it,
and will provide NAT on the LAN side by default. I don't recall if it
will provide DHCP service by default or not. The Ciscos can also provide
some level of port-filtering (and port-forwarding). If I recall, the NAT
on them defaults to the 10. network, not the 192.168. network.
