Can't ftp or ssh between Red hat 9 machines

Hey all,

We just installed a second Red Hat 9 machine on our network, and we
are unable to telnet, ssh or ftp between them. We have IP addresses in
each machines /etc/hosts file, and I think we have the firewall
settings okay, but is there something else we must do?
