You are asking about routing, but forgot to provide any IPs, routes, or
idea of how anything is tied together (especially multiple Cisco
routers). But if your problem is not getting through a Cisco router, then
maybe its routing is not set correctly. That is about as detailed as we
can be with the details you provided.
