ipexchange with linux server through VPN

I want to pay with a credit card on a web side - but they check my
chinese ip adress. So they don't accept it.
Since I have my own linux server in Germany. I think it should be
possible to conect to it with an vpn and use the german IP address for
the browsing.
If you have an Idea how to do this please tell me.
I have already ssh running on this linux machine.
