My TH55 works great with Linux though I don't use the normal desktop
"sync" packages.

The wireless networking through my Linksys Wireless router and Linux
firewall is perfect. I have the linksys router functions turned off
and just use it as an access point with all DHCP, NAT, etc handled by
my Linux firewall/server. Using this setup web browsing, email, ftp,
ssh, telnet, NTP, etc all work normally.

For USB I installed the CardExport utility and makes the TH55 act like
a normal USB storage device. I just connect the TH55, launch
CardExport and mount the device on Linux.

For wireless I installed SmbMate so I can access my Samba and Windows
networking shares from the TH55.

Hope this helps!

PS. I'm not sure if this is a problem with my FreeAgent browser, my
ISP service or not but you set FollowUp to an invalid "alt.linux"
group. I changed it to the valid ones where I have seen your message
in order to allow me to post a response.
