Hi all,

I want to find a way to use Ad Hoc wireless networking
to share files, but I would like to do the following:

1. set my MAC address

2. find a program that can scan all channels and
all commonplace SSIDs (linksys, apple(?), etc)
and tell me what computers exists and are responding
   as offering files

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.
