Dual WAN router

I have an extra box sitting around (700mhz Celeron, 256meg ram), and I
am getting a second internet connection (DSL, and Wireless DSL), and
would like to combine them together. The original wireless connection
has a static IP address, and I still need to be able to get into my
home network via Huey (a remote control program), via the original
static IP.

What would be the easiest way of doing this?
