I hope this is in the right place.
I am looking for a software to manage progress of projects and tasks in
our group.
We have multiple project going on at the same time. Each project is
being worked on by the whole team throughout the day. We are in a need
of a PHP/MYSQL based software that can follow all the projects, the
tasks performed within each project, and who has performed the task.
This is a very busy environment and projects are stated and finished
throuhgout the day. At the beging and the end of each shift we have to
sit together and discusse which tasks are finshed, which project were
completed and what new tasks are need.
We are looking for a way to shift this process to an online software
and this way we don't have to continuously keep intouch with each other
to confirm that we have fi8nshed some task.
I would appreciate any suggestions or just a general direction to
follow to find that kind of software.
