You're doing a lot of rebooting. Not strictly necessary if you know what
you're doing enabling/disabling interfaces.

Notice: some comments inline.

Two simple things to check:

1. Is XP firewall blocking shares to other subnets? I have only casual
acquaintance with XP, but SP2 seems to do more firewalling.

2. XP box does not have defined route to wifi network (192.168.0.3). If
the XP box is using the same router which is hosting the wireless network
as its default gateway, then it should /* just work */. Definitely, it's
a puzzle.

Draw a picture including subnets and validate all of the route
possibilities. Check that ping works in each direction before adding
other connections types (shares). Also, some people use bridged
mode on wireless routers to simplify local networking.
