Lightweight web-server for router managment

Hi

I`am looking for a lightwight, fast and SECURE web-server for a web-based
router managment. It must support SSL, and PHP5 (not PHP4). Does anybody can
recomend me something like this. I`am not looking for a list of web-server
(I can find it on google) but for a real opinion about each web-server.
