That you did not put in that file with the static routes?
That Redhat does not use that file?
I do not know, but if you think such a file should be there, put it in.
An Mandrake 10.1, the info is not in that file. It is in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-eth0
(or whateever the interface name is)
It also has a note re Redhat config which seems to be in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/*.route
.
