EAP: How to configure?

I've searched usenet looking for a way to configure EAP under Linux,
but there's not much information out there... What little I've found is
not promising. I did come across Open 1x,
http://open1x.sourceforge.net/, but my compile didn't work.

Is there a super-easy way to setup/configure EAP under Linux?

.
