Networking/IP question
Hi Everyone,
I am looking to install Remote Desktop over SSH. I've had a few
connection issues with VNC over SSH and want to try Remote Desktop.
However, to successfully test the operation, I will need to run the
client on a machine and provide it my external IP.
I've heard of issues trying to go outside and back in on your own
network. Is there any truth to this? Are there issues with me using
my external IP from inside my own network?
If so, how the heck does one test this?
Thanks!
