Firewire

I am currently running suse 9.3. I have a sony handycam hc30e. I want
to use the firewire connection. To do this I need to install a PCI card
into my computer. Can anyone recommend a suitable firewire PCI card
that would be compatible with both suse and my handycam. Thanks.
