sendmail problem

We use sendmail , and employees dont get some of the mails from yahoo,
gmail etc, and also they were unable to send to few IDs. When I checked
the log, it was "collect: unexpected close on connection from
localhost.localdomain". and here is some part of log. This is the
problem only with some emails.
Is this because of queing or a frequent problem in sendmail?
