Squid Problem

Hi,

When I connect to my Remote FTP server from my clients which are in
LAN
passing through local squid server I am getting this error message.

An FTP authentication failure occured while trying to retrieve the
url:ftp://lmwftp.com

Squid sent the following FTP command:

Pass<yourpassword>

and then received this reply

user squid@ cannot login,home directory inaccessible.

Please do the needfull
