knoppix immediatly configed this usb ethernet nic and I got online.
I do want a distro on my hard drive tho and since knoppix is from
debian I am wondering, if i install debian from ISO cd will I enjoy the
same?
Im not sure how to dig out of knoppix the parameters to configure
another linux system.
I did a lsusb
and a lspci
the card who from ifconfig as eth1
I know the card drive is zd1211
there is also a sit0 there but not configged it seems.
where does knoppix store eth1 etc?
If i brought up debian where would I config everything so i can get
online using dhcp like knoppix does?
