Removing NAT conntrack entries

I can view the NAT connection entries in /proc/net/ip_conntrack but is there anyway to easily delete some of those entries selectively?
Some of the PPTP ones are hanging around after the connection is closed, and then no-one else can connect to the remote PPTPD server until the entry times-out.
Cheers,
Mark
