Problem is that it does not want to assign 172.19.0.0/24 addresses..
It will only assign addresses from the 66.119.9.0/24 pool and it does
it quite well. Question is, how do I get it to assign 172.19.0.0/24
addresses as well as 66.119.9.0/24 addresses but with the 172 being
the preferred pool?
Are these subnets physical? They should be, as DHCP is a broadcast
protocol, so if the IPs are all on the same broadcast domain then it
will use first come first served I guess.

Mel Gibson originally cast Chuck Norris as Jesus for his movie, the
Passion of the Christ, only to later cut him from the cast. When
asked why he made this decision he replied, "It would be a sin to
allow Chuck Norris play a lesser role than himself. He was making
Jesus look too good."
