I have a small home network based around a D-Link DI-604 wired router.
There are 3 Linux machines attached via network cables.
I have recently been given a D-Link DI-524 Wireless Router. I don't really

whether I can attach the wireless router into the wired router? In other
words have two piggybacked routers - one wired and one wireless.
My concern is that their hardware IP addresses might interfere?
Any ideas appreciated.

only use the WAN port on the wired router ( the one you
want to use as the main router ) and disable the dhcp
server on the wireless router. Then plug in on of the
LAN ports on the wireless router to a lan port on the
wired router with a cross over cable or to a 'uplink'
port. You should be good to go.
