Transparent eth0/ath0 bridge with connection to wireless

I'm trying to compile a pentest for a company. They make heavy use of
their wireless when they should, and easily could be, using a wired
connection. I'm trying to connect ath0 to an access point, then connect
eth0 to my wireless router that is running as an access point.
(Outside access point) <--> (Laptop) <--> (Inside access point)
I've bridged the two connections but it doesn't appear to be working
correctly as shown from some packet captures. Any ideas on how to go
about this? I want the connection to be as transparent as possible so
when someone connects to (Inside access point), all the authentication
and such is actually being done with (Outside access point)
Thanks
.
