skype optimisation with iptables/tc?

Hi,

Anybody have any idea how to prioritize Skype packets over other
packets using iptables?
How do I tell them apart from other packets, other than relying on
TOS?
I manage a small ISP and the outgoing bandwidth is limited and I need
to prioritize or otherwise optimize the latency etc.
Server runs stock RH 9 with iptables and tc (using HTB)
Any ideas would be helpfull, thanks.
