ssh question

I have a linux server that logs users out in about 15 minutes.
The current sshd_config has ClientAliveInterval 120. I was going to
update that to prevent further disconnection from the server.

what does that mean 120?
Do I need to raise the number or lower it to prevent disconnections?

.
