connecting to internet via certain ip address

Hi all,

I have a router that has a fixed ip 192.168.0.190 . This router
provides the internet connection - it's actually and adsl modem/
router.

I want to connect my pc to that network (192.168.0.*** ) . How can
this be done - I use firefox

Thanks
Stijn
.
