The fact that prioritizing ACKs on their way to the remote host speeds up
downloads lets me guess that it is also possible to do it the other way -
de-prioritizing ACKs should slow down a TCP-connection.
Then the main reason for me to use bandwith management was in fact that I
wanted to speed up my downloads while still sending eMail at maximum speed.
