If you mean you don't know how to set it up,
then you have to ask youself how secure does this have to be.
And if the people who use it need to access a trusted server with a
signed digital certificate.
Can I create a protected folder in https folder and place the file

Not even close. Is this for internal (intranet) use, or Internet use?
