linux on old laptop

Hi,
I just got a laptop, which probably about 4-5 years old, it a Toshiba
satellite pro with P133MMX(not sure tho), 4mb of RAM, 4GB HD.
Can anyone suggest what distro would run smoothly in this machine, a
graphical desktop would be nicer, doesnt have to be fancy tho.
