USB 2.0 (Cardbus) + Suse 7.3. solution?

    I am running Suse 7.3 on an Omnibook 800CT, and I'd like to see my new
    Cardbus USB 2.0 Card working... Obviously, it doesn't get identified
    correctly. It's sufficient if it will work in usb1.1 mode.

    cardctl ident gives:

    Socket 0:
      no product info available
      PCI id: 0x1033, 0x0035

    lines in /var/log/messages:
