Fujitsu 585 Tx hangs on resume

RH-7.1, kernel 2.4.2-2
Laptop goes into suspend mode without problems.
But after resumed - it works about 25 sec and hangs :-(
Hard drive indicator is active about 3 minutes more (no sounds from drive).
Computer became unresponsible and only way is to switch power off.

What is wrong? Please help.
