Hi,
I am using Kernel 2.6 and need to install the pcmcia-cs (3.2.7)
Modules.
If i configure the Kernel with CONFIG_PCMCIA=y , pcmcia-cs (make
config) always says:
** Your kernel is configured with PCMCIA driver support. Therefore,
** 'make all' will compile the PCMCIA utilities but not the drivers.
** See README-2.4 if this is not what you intended!
but i need the pcmcia-cs Modules.
So i recompile my kernel with CONFIG_PCMCIA=n and i get this message:
2.5.0 and later kernels require that PCMCIA be configured in the
kernel source tree. To fix, reconfigure and rebuild your
kernel with PCMCIA enabled.
I searched on the Internet but i didn't find a good solution can
anyone help me or give me a tip for this problem?
