    Hi, all!

I am thinking of getting an Ipaq 4355 and I want to put some kind of
Linux on it. My strategy from what I've thought of so far is to put, I
guess, Familiar on it and then something like Opie on top in order to
have a "PDA-like" gui available if I want it.

    A few questions:

    1) How does that sound as a strategy? I.e. will this work, in general,
and specifically on an Ipaq 4355?

    2) One of the reasons I want the 4355 is because it has a keyboard on
it. How hard is it to get this keyboard to work?

    3) Can I run my gui in Portrait format? If not, the keyboard at the
bottom of the unit is a little awkward.

    4) Any other thoughts/suggestions?

    PM
