I have no 64-bit hardware too, but that error means that you try to load a
module that is not compiled for your kernel version.
So you have to install the right (same version) kernel headers for your
running kernel, remove all ndis modules do
depmod -a
recompile ndis package, install, and again
depmod -a
maybe that helps.
