Gyach and SUSE 9.3

Hello, people!

I am running Suse 9.3 on Toshiba Satellite Pro M30 (so that gives me
right to ask about this problem) ;)
No, really, excuse me if my question is off-topic, but I really don't
know what else to do.
I found web client Gyach which supports webcam and voice chat, but am
not able to run it on Suse 9.3. After installing rpm i get this
