    Pmud'ders,

I have been trying to fix this issue for a while and I am finally resorting
to asking for help. pmud has always worked fine for me. Recently I did some
updates and that's when my problem started occurring. When the ibook lid is
open the ibook snoozes fine. However, when the lid gets closed the ibook
keeps going to snooze and then waking up and then going back to sleep in an
infinite loop. Something is waking it up. I tried several things and haven't
    been successful.

    1. I figured it was a configuration issue so I searched the configuration
file for power and tried a few things. Didn't get anywhere.

    2. I thought that it was possible another process was waking up the snoozing
laptop when the lid was closed. I went to init 1 so the min processes were
running, including making sure pbbuttonsd wasn't running. This didn't work.

    3. Well in init 1 I killed the pmud process and I tried starting it with
different flags. One of the new features in the newer version of pmud is
the -k -K flags. Starting pmud with different flags didn't work for me.

    4. I put pmud into verbose mode. The only useful information I can see is
that when the laptop is waking up the first thing that gets spit out (as it
    seems) is
    ...
    CLCK_PIN 050000
    ...
    Waking up USB
    Waking up eth0

    Any suggestions welcome,

    Thank you,

    - Jim Pharis
