I've tried several ways to get the CD on my PowerMac G3 (beige) to mount
on Yellow Dog Linux.
It works fine during an OS2 boot up, so I know there's not a problem.
I've tried simple mount commands such as
mount /dev/cdrom /cdfrank where /cdfrank is the mount point. But to no
avail.
I've added flags -r and -t and used iso9660. No luck.
I'm told that Apple CD Roms are HFA but YDL doesn't seem to support it.
Is this true?
