I think this: Linux neptune 2.6.7-gentoo #2 Sat Jun 19 02:32:58 MST
2004 ppc 740/750 iMac,1 GNU/Linux
And this:
Linux version 2.6.7-gentoo (root@neptune) (gcc version 3.3.3 (Gentoo
Linux 3.3.3_pre20040408-r1)) #2 Sat Jun 19 02:32:58 MST 2004
Speak for themselves, though if you are installing on a m68k chip, no
matter WHAT you choose to install is going to be "fun". Gentoo is a
long install process, but it is worth the effort. I run gentoo on
EVERYTHING, x86, ppc, timex ;) , you name it. Whatever you choose,
happy hacking. :)
