I've gotten Debian (Woody) installed on an iBook G3 so that
the basic system is up and running and I can add packages
from the net via apt-get.
Now, how do I get X working so I can run Fluxbox or KDM?
I tried using 'tasksel' to set up X, but currently I get "no
screens found" - what's missing?
I'm fairly comfortable setting up debian as a server on
several architectures and have setup debian workstations on a
few Intel machines, but have run into these hurdles setting
up the iBook (G3) as a workstation with X and all.
Also, two other questions:
How do I set up power management to allow the machine
to go to sleep?
How do I set up the wireless card (AirPort) ?
Any tips, ideas or solutions welcome,
