It just seems like I never hear of anyone that has successfully run
xwindows on a mac and the driver seems to be the sticking point. I am
not even sure if vesa is available with the installer I am
using(Debian). I know the stock answer is quit trying to run linux on a
mac and get a wintel box but if I wanted a wintel box I would have one
already. At this point if someone would at least write in and say that
it is possible it would be most encouraging.
thanks
Keith
