First off, I have changed from redsilo/Keith Krehbiel to nonsense name
and addy. Thanks especially to Jack Malmostoso for recommending
http://www.pathname.com/fhs/pub/fhs-2.3.html. That is an excellent
resource for dummies like me. Not only is it a roadmap to the
filesystem but also gives a short description of many of the shell
commands and modules one needs to use linux. The names can be cryptic
til you know what the module/command does. Then often it all begins to
make sense.
